Participants acquire knowledge of the rules of good scientific practice and train their skills for making responsible decisions in everyday research. The content and scope are based on the DFG memorandum and the guidelines of the respective universities/institutions for safeguarding "Good Scientific Practice" (GSP): Scientific misconduct, data and quality management, authorship and publication process, supervision and mentoring, dealing with conflicts and with scientific misconduct, ombud system, case studies and GSP resources.
