At the onboarding event, new iGSS members are welcomed and introduced to the support structures in RESOLV. They meet with administrative managers for further assistance and are provided an overview of the program's expectations, milestones, and opportunities. In addition, all new RESOLV members, especially students and researchers who are new to Germany are invited to take part in a trip to a nearby place of interest and continue the discussions about the RESOLV program or questions about a smooth start in Germany.
